Easter Candy, sort of

This is kind of a follow-up to my Easter post, where I mentioned making chocolate candy. I'm not going to give out my super-secret truffle recipe, so don't bother asking. I will however tell you how I made these yummies. The idea for the marzipan ones was from here; they turned out just like the photos, I was very pleased. It is simply chocolate truffles with marzipan formed around them. The cherries were dipped in the chocolate ganache before it was cooled into truffles, then dipped again in melted chocolate for coating. They really were as decadent as they look. And I don't use the word "decadent" often - it just seems appropriate here.
